All invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. Delayed payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Outsourcing retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree not to disclose confidential business information to third parties except where required by law or with written consent.
Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project scope. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Outsourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Any completed work and outstanding payments remain payable according to the project agreement.
Our services may integrate third-party platforms including Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways, and analytics services. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
